Maselle College offers a 60-hour real estate pre-license course for Sales Agents. Successfully completing a pre-license course is the first step in obtaining your Real Estate license. Once you have completed this course, potential Sales Agents can take the Sales License Exam administered by the Real Estate Commission. (click on Blue "first step" above, to see the steps in getting your license) 

Course Description: Pre License Sales Agent Course only -This course is required by the State Real Estate Commission as a pre-requisite to taking the state real estate sales license exam. The course includes agency law, finance, license law, lending, contract law and more. The 60-Hour online course includes audio instruction, text, visuals, and coverage of Mississippi Rules and Regulations (State Law)
