Maselle College offers a variety of mortgage pre-license courses. Pre-license courses are required before potential Loan Originators and in some state Mortgage Brokers can take the written examination administered by the State Banking Commission or other regulatory agency in your state.

Maselle College offers a range of Continuing Education (CE) courses that will satisfy Continuing Education Requirements. For a complete catalog of the CE courses, we offer, click on the state in which you will be seeking re-licensure.
For example in Mississippi, To be eligible for licensing for a regular mortage license, documentation of a minimum of two (2) years' experience directly in mortgage lending by a person (individual, sole proprietor, or partner of partnership) or at least one (1) executive officer of a corporation, limited liability corporation or a trust. In lieu of this experience, documentation of passage of an examination covering mortgage lending, which has been approved by the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance, will be accepted.
