For sales Agent and Brokers Continuing Education, Maselle College offers a variety of Continuing Education (CE) Courses for required continuing education credit for sales agents and brokers. 16 hours of continuing education is required by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission every two years. Eight (8) hours are mandatory: Agency (4 hours) Contracts (2 hours) and License Law (2 hours); and eight (8) hours may be elective courses. All Maselle College CE courses have been approved by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
